Points DO NOT decay while you're offline, but instead decay 1 point for every 3 hours online.
15 - 10 Minute Jail
30 - 1 Day Ban
50 - 7 Day Ban
75 - 14 Day Ban
100 - 100 Day Ban
130 - Permanent
